In order to improve school management, develop quality education, and improve student learning, necessary arrangements can be made for mutual partnership or cooperation between schools and non-governmental organizations operating in accordance with prevailing laws.
(2) The implementation of the provisions related to partnership and cooperation as per sub-section (1) shall be in accordance with the prevailing law.
